WE WILL ACCEPT:
A maximum of THREE pieces of artwork per Club member.
· Up to three ORIGINAL WORKS or FRAMED PRINTS at a minimum selling price of £50 each (only ONE of which may be ‘Not for Sale’).
· Up to three 3D works at a minimum selling price of £20 each.
· Digital works of art may only be entered if a Standard Certificate of Uniqueness is attached to the work. This Standard Certificate of Uniqueness is a statement by the artist that they are both, as a whole and in parts of the artwork, its only creator. The artist promises to offer only ONE physical representation of the work for sale, with the clearly visible fingerprint or signature in paint or ink at the front.

This same information must also be written on an adhesive “address label” attached to the back of the frame.
· Unframed oil or acrylic paintings on canvas will be accepted if prepared ready to hang as above.
· ANY size of artwork will be accepted on condition that any piece larger than 1 metre, either width or height, is handed in with its own easel for display.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT:

· Works previously hung in one of the Clevedon Art Club’s Exhibitions.
· Work by deceased artists.
MEMBERS SHOULD CHECK THAT THEIR WORKS DO NOT INFRINGE COPYRIGHT. THE CLUB TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CONSEQUENCES FROM ANY SUCH INFRINGEMENT.
