Sarah Souter

I live in Portishead and have a background as a Graphic Designer and a successful business selling graphic prints of the local area. I am now focusing on painting, and motivation comes from noticing the dramatic and the colourful in a landscape and a desire to do more than take a photo, to somehow capture in paint the intense colours and the atmosphere of a place. I paint plein air whenever possible and work mainly in acrylics.
